Each exported Dongfeng Cargo Truck was provide with 12 months or 30000 kilometers warranty when the truck arrive at your destination port. During the warranty time, we will provide you free Spare parts if you need to change the damaged parts at first time when you contact with us. And provide you the cost price of spare parts after the warranty time.

4. Why your truck is a little more expensive that other Chinese brand truck?

Because our Dongfeng trucks adopt the Cummins engine, Dena America axle, Aeolus tire and Fast gearbox. The equipment is much higher than other trucks. Dongfeng truck is the first company in China that adopt the Cummins engine, we even built the Dongfeng Cummins engine factory to produce the engine. Also the Dongfeng chassis is much stronger than other brand.

5. What are your payment terms and lead time?

Generally our payment terms are 30% deposit in advance by T/T after confirmation of the contract and the 70% shall be paid before delivery. The lead time is 40 days.
